Supplied in very good consmetic condition, with everything doing exactly as it should. Only very light signs of any previous use, just light marks to the extior casing - the screen, keyboard, and touchpad are all perfect. We have updated these laptops with all updates available from both HP and Microsoft, they are now ready for immediate use.
The battery report on these laptops confirms excellent health and the battery still offers over 80% of the original charge capacity. It is a decent sized battery in this model, so that equates to at least 41Wh from an original figure of 51Wh.
We have upgraded the ram on this laptop, it now has 16GB DDR4 installed.
