Shipping policy

Free delivery on everything we sell.

We offer free shipping on every item available via our website, we also offer an express delivery option for a small charge.  Free delivery doesn’t mean slow (usually within 2-3 days), express orders are processed the same day and sent for next working day delivery if confirmed and paid for before 11am Monday - Friday.

Should you inform the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place/alternative delivery address, then this instruction is deemed as the point of your acceptance of the parcel.  We cannot be held responsible for parcels that you have requested to be left, then are subsequently stolen or lost after delivery. 

DPD will not leave a parcel unattended by default.  If you are not in when DPD attempt to make delivery then the will either take your parcel to your nearest DPD Pick Up shop or attempt delivery the next day.

PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order on a Friday after 11am, it will not be shipped until Monday, so if you opt for Express Shipping it will arrive on Tuesday.  Standard shipping, for orders placed over the weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday and delivery should be expected Tuesday-Thursday.
