This laptop came to us in a batch of machines that had been setup previously but never actually put in to service - it is unused. The battery report confirms 100% of the original charge capacity is still remaining.
PLEASE NOTE: The BIOS has an admin password in place which we do not know. The laptop functions just as intended, with no difference nor any restrictions, you just cannot access the BIOS, which to be honest, most users should not be accessing anyway.
We have classed this laptop as refurbished given the BIOS password, but it has never actually been used.
We have upgraded the RAM in this laptop, it now has 16GB DDR4 3200mhz.
Everything doing exactly as it should, we have upgraded and updated this laptop with everything available from both Microsoft and HP.
