The lid of this laptop has quite a lot of surface marks. The sort that you can clearly see, but not feel if you were to run your hand over them - probably caused by being in a case with a power supply rubbing over time. The screen is in perfect condition. We have reduced the price on this one to reflect the above.
We have downloaded and installed all updates from both HP and Microsoft, it is now ready for immediate use.
As with all of our laptops, this is fully updated, professionally reboxed, and supplied with a genuine power adapter.
An excellent specification machine ready for immediate use and perfectly capable of all home, business and study needs. Fast Intel 12th generation i5 processor, very fast NVME SSD storage, fast upgraded RAM, full HD display and Windows 11 Pro.
The screen, keyboard and palmrest are all perfect. The battery report confirms excellent health, still offering over 89% of the original charge capacity. That equates to a minimum of 36,720mWh from an original figure of 41,040mWh.
Reset, upgraded, reinstalled, fully updated, and now ready for immediate use.
