This laptop is supplied in excellent condition with everything doing exactly as it should, Only very light surface marks to the casing exterior - the screen, keyboard, and touchpad are all perfect. The battery report confirms excellent health - still offering 78% of the original charge capacity (being 42,385mWh/54,002mWh).
We have upgraded the ram in this laptop, it now has 32GB DDR4 3200mhz. We have also upgraded the SSD so it now has 2x 256GB NVME SSD installed, giving 512GB in total.
12 months warranty with us driectly, there is no warranty with Dell on this laptop.
