There was a small patch (60mm x 8mm) of surface wear to the bottom right edge of the palmrest, paint peel top coating only. It has been re-covered with an acrylic close colour match, but is visible, just a cosmetic point to be aware of.
PLEASE NOTE: This laptop came to us via a regular supplier, and has an existing Windows Autopilot corporate enrollment in place. This means that during Windows 11 Pro setup, if you were to connect to the internet, it would set the machine up for company use and require a company login. You could reinstall Windows 11 Home and not see the setup, or do as we have done, and install Windows 11 Pro then set it up via a local account. It is fully installed and ready for use without any restrictions, for normal non-company use, you wouldn't know of this AutoPilot status if we hadn't mentioned it. If you ever need to reinstall Windows 11 Pro, then you can do this very easily, but the AutoPilot hook would remain - we are always here for support.
Aside from the above, this laptop is supplied in excellent condition with everything doing exactly as it should, Only very light surface marks to the casing exterior - the screen, keyboard, and touchpad are all perfect. The battery report confirms excellent health - still offering 85% of the original charge capacity (being 46,124mWh/54,002mWh).
As it has 2 SSD slots, we have added another 256GB SSD to this laptop so it now has 2x 256GB giving a total storage capacity of 512GB. Both NVME fast SSD drives. The SSD both have excellent health, Crystal Disk reporting 92% and 98% health.
