Everything performing just as it should, we have updated this laptop with everything available from both Dell and Microsoft - it is ready for immediate use.
There are surface marks to the casing exterior - to the lid and base. The sort of marks you can clearly see if you look for them but hardly feel if you were to run your hand over them, likely caused by being put in and out of a carry case with cable ends making the marks. The screen, keyboard, touchpad, and palmrest area are all perfect.
