This laptop came to us in a batch of machines that had been setup , but not actually put in to service. There are some very light surface marks to the exterior casing from storage - the screen, keyboard, palmrest, and touchpad are all perfect.
The battery report confirms that it has never been used - still offering 100% of the original charge capacity (being 41Wh from an original figure of 41Wh), and just 1 charge cycle in its life.
