This laptop is in excellent cosmetic order, with everything doing just as it should.  We have installed the latest version of Windows 11, downloaded and installed all available updates (frm both Dell and Microsoft), it is now ready for immediate use.

The battery report confirms excellent health, whilst the rating it is a little lower than we would like, it is still offering 72% of the original charge capacity.  That equates to 29,520mWh from an original figure of 41,006mWh.  Still good for a few hours of continuous use (settings and actual use dependent of course).  We have reduced the price on this machine to reflect the lower battery health.
