Just as a new laptop would be, but with all the time consuming setup already done for you - and offered here with a significant discount.
These laptops have never been used. They came to us as a batch of machines that were setup but never actually put in to service. There may be a couple of light marks to the casing lids from storage, certainly nothing serious but just the possibility of light surface marks.
They are missing their original packaging but will be professionally reboxed for delivery, and include a genuine Dell 65W fast charger.
We have downloaded and installed all updates from both Microsoft and Dell - they are now ready for immediate use. Battery reports will show a couple of charges (under 3), mainly from us for the latest updates and they still offer 100% of the original charge capacity.
