Perfect working order, everything does exactly as it should. A great specification laptop ready for all home, business, and education uses. We have upgraded the RAM, so they now have 16GB DDR4 RAM, so open those tabs, and multitask to your heart's content.
There are some marks to the casing exterior - nothing to prevent proper use, but visible if you were to look for them. The screen is in perfect condition.
The battery reports confirm excellent health, still offering at least 86% of the original charge capacity, plenty for well over 6 hours of regular use (settings and usage dependent of course). The battery in this one is a decent size, so that equates to 44,073mWh from an original figure of 51,310mWh.
