Supplied in excellent cosmetic condtion, with everything doing exactly as it should, only very light surface marks to the casing exterior - the screens, keyboards, and touchpads are all perfect. These laptops have been reset, reinstalled, upgraded, fully updated, and reboxed - they are now ready for immediate use. A really fast and responsive laptop.
The battery reports confirm excellent health, still offering at least 93% of the original charge capacity. That equates to at least 39,000mWh from an original figure of 42,009mWh.
We have upgraded the RAM on these laptop to 16GB DDR5, and performed a clean install of Windows 11 Pro Education (activated with Microsoft). If you would prefer Windows 10 Pro then just ask, we can swap it over for you free of charge.
This laptop has Windows 11 Pro Education, it just means it doesn't come with consumer distractions like CandyCrush, or game trials, or any of the bloatware that Windows often has. You can still install whatever you wish, just these do not come preloaded.
